This project is a 68-Acre retail shopping center which includes national anchors, nal retailers, shops, pads and restaurants. It provides shopping th this under served area located approximately 1 mile west of I-15 on Blue Diamond Road. When complete, it will provide approximately 650,000 square feet of space.
Lake Mead and Water is home to this shopping center that will house national anchors, national retailers, shop space, restaurants and pad buildings. The Henderson District Public Library will locate to this site as well. Upon completion, this will be the largest shopping center closest to the City of Henderson downtown. The site includes trails and site walk ability connecting it to the DownTown Water Street District. When finished, there will be a main street component that will offer a village feel to a portion of the shopping center.
Green Valley and Horizon Ridge is home to this new 26-acre shopping center. When complete, there will include national anchors, Junior national retailers, shops, pads and restaurants. Ultimately,, the shopping center will be integrated with a residential componet and encourage site walkability including walking trails out door areas and parks.
This single tenant building located at the NEC of Sahara and Fort Apache was previously used for a video store. rsj architectue was commissioned to redesign the building facade divide the building to accommodate up to 3 tenants.
The three dimensional studies shown here include actual project studies as well as some practice renderings. The intent is to show clients how a project can look conceptually. It is a useful tool that can show tenants potential view corridors, planning authorities can see the ralationship of one building to the next or it can show developers their overall project or site.
